Note: the tea haiku refers to a common sight in India, where street-side tea vendors pour freshly-brewed hot tea (chai) in a thin stream between two mugs, repeatedly, to cool it down before serving. It's an acrobatic feat requiring obvious skill, (like juggling say) and makes for quite a spectacle.
